Non-Refundable Services: Certain services are intangible and rely on expertise and time of our professionals, we do not offer refunds for services rendered. This includes but is not limited to consultations, customized solutions, and other service-based offerings. 

Merchandise: In some cases, we may offer merchandise as part of our services. Please note that any merchandise purchases will be subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the third-party supplier or manufacturer. As such, refunds or returns for merchandise will be governed by the policies of the respective supplier or manufacturer.

Digital Products: We may provide digital products, such as e-books, guides, programs, or online courses. Due to the nature of digital products and their instant availability, we do not offer returns or refunds for digital purchases. We recommend reviewing product descriptions and specifications before making a digital purchase.
